Delivery within The Netherlands

Our website supports B2B clients only and therefore our minimum order on our platform is Euro 950,00 ex vat. All our customers benefit from free shipping providing they are in The Netherlands. All orders which are paid will get free delivery to their registered delivery address within 3–5 days..

We always try our best to give our customers the best service they deserve, this includes free delivery and Dutch labels upon request. Sometimes however delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Logistics

For customers outside of The Netherlands. You could benefit from our self-collection option or logistical support.

Self-collection

Once payment has been received for your order, we will allocate you a special reference number and provide you the pallet weight and dimensions. You could then arrange your own transport Please note:you can only collect your goods once payment has been made and cleared into our bank account. You also need to wait for your reference number and our authorisation prior to pick up from our warehouse.

Logistical support

As we are a multinational company, we offer a worldwide delivery service (Please note : some countries may be excluded) Should you wish for us to arrange your delivery outside of The Netherlands please get in touch with our team prior to placing your order on our website. We could then get you a customised quote from the shipping agents.
